Who we are
This website, advicesolutions.lv, is operated by Advice Solutions SIA, registration number 40103253741, registered address “Mežmaļi”, Kalnciema pag., Jelgavas nov., LV-3017, Latvia. We are the data controller for the processing described here.

What this policy covers
This policy covers only advicesolutions.lv. The brands linked from this site — Positive Stress Academy, Rūdīšanās skola, Māris Žunda, 42Trail, Biohacking.lv and Plostmuiža — run on their own domains and publish their own privacy notices. Once you follow a link, that site's notice applies, not this one.
What we collect
This site has no accounts, no forms, no payments and no comment function. We do not ask you for personal data. Two things are still processed when you visit:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent and similar connection metadata in order to deliver the page and protect the service against abuse.
- Analytics and measurement data, if you accept them. Third-party tools record pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Identifiers are stored in cookies and similar browser storage — see the Cookie Policy for the full list.
If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Delivering and securing the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a functioning, protected service.
- Measuring how the site is used and how our brands are discovered — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Nothing is measured until you accept, and you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. See the Cookie Policy.
- Replying to your email — legitimate interest in answering correspondence, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the service providers we use to run the site and our email:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and security.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (property G-HK6DEK8JZY, with IP anonymisation enabled), and Google Workspace for our email.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel (ID 361041871317944), used to measure how people reach our sites.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — Microsoft Clarity, which records aggregated usage and session behaviour.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings and defaults — for Google Analytics 4 this is currently up to 14 months for user-level and event-level data. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@advicesolutions.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site or the tools it uses change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
